CONSULTATION POLICY
- All meetings must be scheduled
- Meetings with the attorney or paralegals must be scheduled in advance.
- Clients without an appointment will not be seen – no exceptions.
Attorney’s consultation fee
- Legal consultations with the attorney are $350 for 45 minutes.
- Appointments are required
- Payment must be made in full upon scheduling appointment
Late arrival
- If you arrive late, time will be deducted from the 45 minute consultation. No exceptions, no refunds, no extensions.
Meeting attendance
- Only the defendant/client is allowed to meet with the attorney/paralegals.
- Any additional person must be identified and approved before entering.
- This policy is strictly enforced for client safety and privacy
Spanish speaking clients/ interpretation
- If the client is Spanish speaking only, only a member of our staff may translate/interpret
- No family members, friends, or outside translators are permitted. This ensures the client receives accurate and correct legal information.

Clientes de habla hispana/interpretación
- Si el cliente solo habla español, solo un miembro de nuestro personal puede traducir/interpretar
- No se permite la entrada de familiares, amigos ni traductores externos. Esto garantiza que el cliente reciba información legal precisa y correcta.

Please be advised that:
- The decision to set, grant, deny, reduce, or modify a bond rest solely with the presiding judge.
- No attorney can guarantee that a bond will be granted, reduced, or converted to a Personal Recognizance (PR) bond.
- No attorney can guarantee that a client will be released from custody following a bond hearing.
- The Court alone determines whether a defendant is eligible for bond and the conditions of any release.
Our Law Office will advocate on your behalf, present the strongest legal arguments available, and seek the most favorable bond outcome based on the facts and applicable law. However, all bond decisions are made exclusively by the Court, and no promises or guarantees regarding the outcome of a bond hearing have been made or should be expected.
